"Student of 2015-22"

Saw 3 different headteachers and decreased with quality over time. The last headteacher banned the following: football at break, card games, outdoor toys and multiple activities. They showed favouritism towards girls and neglect those of any intelligence by treating a class by the weakest persons on divided by 2.One time, a large proportion of girls got in a circle and started asking for demons to get rid of the boys.My friend-who was religious-took this personally and started crying.I also wrote multiple letters of complaint whilst I was a pupil. There was only 3 highlights of my later experience there:perf opening at the Marlow theatre -after parents pushed for it to happen-,a cricket tournament(thank you Kent cricket) and the residential trip. The year 6 performance was ruined. The teachers were going to let us perform twice at the Marlow but cancelled the second the day before then 3ish hours later they cancelled it entirely. They only performed it later in the nearby church after the whole class demanded for it to happen and the class were already upset and started shouting. This got the headteacher's attention but only did they perform once a pupil wrote a full page letter of complaint in 10 minutes!

"Exceptional Care and Christian Values"

My child has been attending St Peter's for 3 years and we couldn't be happier. The staff are so caring and supportive, putting the children at the centre of everything they do. The Christian values that underpin the school are evident in every aspect of school life, and we love that our child is learning to live by these principles. Highly recommend!

"Amazing School Community"

We have been part of the St Peter's community for 2 years now, and it has been a fantastic experience for our child and for us as a family. The school's commitment to family values and community spirit is something that really shines through. Our child loves their time at school and the staff are always so friendly and approachable.

"Mixed Feelings"

We had a good experience at St Peter's, but there were a few issues with communication between teachers and parents. The school's facilities are lovely and the Christian values are something we appreciated. However, we felt that the school could do more to support children with SEND. Overall, it was an okay experience, but we're not sure we'd choose it again.

"Hopefully improved in last 10 years."

I went here almost a decade ago now, so I'm not sure how much it has changed. Some of the problems while I was there included bullying from teachers towards students with a "less privileged" background. There was a lot of underlying prejudice. Teachers were very cold towards certain students and favoured children with rich or middle class parents more than average. Recess wasn't well supervised, which was great for me and my friends, but looking back it could've been open to a lot more exploitation. I ended up in hospital or the nurses office more times in that school than any other, usually for doing things that could've easily been prevented had a teacher been present. I remember being publically humiliated in front of the class while the teachers yelled at me for my poor work, this was in year 1. On one occasion a teacher picked up my book and walked with me along the corridor showing my work to various teachers in different classrooms while they taught their lessons. At the same time, not much extra effort was made to help me improve in my work, and often the supply teacher would do it for me in an attempt to get it over and done with. The bad and good effects of this school have become a part of who I am now, I hope the bad parts have gotten better. Good music lessons.
