"Gangland school"

This school ignores bullying and my advice if your child is being bullied remove them but dont seek help from management. They deny bullying through teeth and it becomes worse to involve them. Pastoral teachers are clueless and all teacher’s particularly management are only interested in their own careers.
Teachers themselves are bullies - not all but PE, Geography and deputy heads are self serving ego driven and have no care in well being of the students.
There is a gang like culture amoung kids
Thats is not discouraged- many girls report severe bullying and alienation

"Psychologically damaging environment for any teenage girl!"

A harmful and dangerous environment for any teenage girl. Psychological bullying is rife and largely ignored by the staff. Mental health issues are widespread, encouraged and amplified by staff. Suicide attempts are common place.

Send your happy, carefree 11 year old girl here and very quickly she will develop social and mental health issues for life.

"It's alright"

I think the curriculum is great and there are a bunch of awesome opportunities but of course it's not perfect. Mental health support isnt as good as it should be. They're trying more by putting in a wellbeing Wednesday but tbh I don't think it's too helpful

"not amazing"

It's ok in terms of options academically and opportunities but as much as they say they care about your mental health they don't actually do anything to actually help it and I have had so many issues with my special needs support

"Not Very Good, To Be Honest"

Went here in Y7, and ended up leaving in Y8. School didn't care about my well-being and special needs at all, were very careless with me in general, and a few friends have since left as the school was not supporting their needs either: Standard of education was very high, though.
Overall, not a fantastic experience of this school.
