not good only care about uniform and will take away a day of your learning if its the smallest bit bad havent learnt anything they banned me from wearing my skirt because it makes the male headteacher uncomfortable the school is disgusting the ceiling is hanging off in one of the toilets also they lock the toilets its 32 degree heat and since my skirt is banned i have to wear black trousers and when i try to wear my skirt because im so hot im in the hub for 2 days doing no work teachers are so bad and do not do anything agaisnt bullying only uniform and how you look they make us do fire alarms just to check uniform. once had chicken and it was pink

I have worked a for a few terms as a supply teacher. I would not recommend any one to work here for even a day. Firstly the staff in notley are completely ignorant, they would not even notice a supply teacher. Not only that, they are not at all supportive or helpful. Some would even be nice to you and behind the door they would be sending email to seniors complaining about something you did wrong for example leaving a piece of paper in their classroom when you were covering a lesson. They are really skilled and cunning in doing you over you will be shocked. Lastly the kids and behaviour is awful and whats great is you will he behaved and responsible for their behaviour 😂

My partner worked for this school on a couple of occasions and each time she had a worse experience than the last. The school faculty are not fair to their staff so can only imagine how they treat the kids. My partner has told me how they're happy to get rid of teachers who dare to speak out about anti-social behaviour from the kids and will happily remove them from teaching at the school, or in other cases because of so called "budget cuts". They're not at all focused on their students behaviour and seem to find sweeping things under the rug is the best way to go, not great considering in a few short years these kids will be the future of our society. My partner has had kids throw pens across the room at eachother and on her. Complete lack of discipline and their subject knowledge is weak due to not having a teacher that is present for long enough. My partner has said this is the worst school she has had the misfortune to teach at.

This school is awful, as a teacher the students have no discipline or any good behavior. during a class where students are throwing bundles of pen's around which could hurt anyone and also hit me on the head. an on call was placed for additional support. a person came and all they said was oh this is an awful class and then left. after the lesson I went to the head of cover and requested for this particular class to have an additional person for support so I can focus on teaching the lesson rather than keeping an eye out for projectiles. Furthermore, the class is already overcrowded. after putting through the request I have now just been told that I am fired with no additional reason behind it. I am still waiting on the feedback.
Furthermore, the kids openly curse at teachers with no consequences, kids are vaping in school. the best way for the headteacher Mark Burrows rather than dealing with the situation is to fire staff. This behavior is absolutely abhorrent from both the students and the SLT team alike. to both parents and prospective teachers I can't advise you enough to stay away.

bullshit ass school, suspend you after 10 minutes getting in after repeatingly telling them that your going lesson and follow you, do fuck all about bullying since they are fucked up in the head, raw food, rats all over the school, rubbish everywhere, fucking rude to all students, not 1 good thing about it, and theirs no covers that speak any english, wanna be animals walking round

It is a very bad school with bad teachers do not care if you’re crying only about uniform this school makes my mental health bad and I no like any teachers at all they only care about uniform and makeup when their students are literally suffering and the school has no care go to another school not this one unless you like strict teachers, no freedom and imprisonment.

This school is so bad. They have zero control over things that are important like the hygiene of the school, the bullying and most importantly the fights. The food is absolutely horrid - i had one meal and got food poisoning from it. This school was even rated inadequate from ofsted which says a lot. This school genuinely gave me depression and anxiety.

I hate this school. They do absolutely nothing for me and i throw up every morning because of the anxiety it gives me. The new headteacher is complete shambles i pray to god she gets fired, she does nothing but add stupid rules that have no purpose. Uniform policy is stupid, how are nails affecting anyones school experience. Do not ever send your children to NHS, they will end up with terrible mental health

first things first this school Absolutely reeks most students do vape in the toilets cant lie its quite funny but most off them all think there all "on road" for example jimmy jones. iv been at this school for 3 years now and there still is no roof i do sometimes wonder why you would make all of the toilets uni-sex and buy locks so no one can piss instead of an actual roof and aswell if you do need to piss or take a shit your teacher has to email so someone too physically walk you too the toilet and too add to this if you are seen in the same cubical as your friend you get suspended???????????? oh, my and the food Jesus thats a whole other level of disgust the dinner ladies are evil and touch the food with there bare hands and once i was in the cue and this old hag off a woman scratched her head and a clump off dandruff came out

Food is ridiculously overpriced, not nutritional, school corridors small and squished, bulling is dreadfully common, terrible, never want to go there again, I moved schools to get away from that horrid place.

Dinner lady bullies children.

The school is avarage at best I mean the gravity of a little low in the English corridor and you will get stuck if you bring your cat into the elivator but the main problem is for sure the black haired demon dinner lady who cooks raw chicken who even though works at a school I’m sure hates children with a passion if you bring your child here please warn them about this lady and make sure they stay away from her because she will gobble your child up.

Probably one of the worst secondary schools in Essex. Do not care for students or bullying. Will award naughty students who behave for five minutes but good behaved children who work hard for five years won’t even be recognised for their hard work

This school is full of billing that’s just being covered up , staff constantly leaving and the kids are not being taught anything other than watching films in every lesson . Absolutely horrid !

Awful, if you love your child do not send them here, the teachers care more about your uniform than they do your education. Really scummy, weird, old pervy teachers. They will do absolutely nothing about bullying.
Go to Alec instead! My sister loves it there - I hated school.

The teachers are very angry. And only care about the students with popularity.
