"Prison."

My daughter goes to this school and it is terrible! They don't let you chew gum, not allowed to have your coat on beyond the door and they won't let you go to the toilet at all! They expect you to go to the toilet at break and lunch but there isn't enough time. Do we have a bladder schedule?! No! Also this school is unfair. When the naughty students get sent to isolation, they get back out easily! I suggest to shut that school down!

"DONT BELIEVE THE TEACHERS TRUST YOUR CHILD"

Worst school ever!
Regularly fail safeguarding
Never hold themselves accountable they get to just say sorry we were busy or just no sorry at all. But if a child so much as looks at them the wrong way (my child rolled her eyes) they will spend a full day and after school in isolation, where there is NO Structured learning, no catch up lesson for what they have missed and no support when they have fallen behind.
They bully children, they single children out, they lie (proven fact ) to try and get your child in trouble at school and home.

You can’t take your child out of school for 5 days because you’ll damage their education so you will be fined but your child can and will be suspended for up to 5 days for things like, answering back , not listening, wandering the corridor , dropping equipment and daring to leave their seat to retrieve it, being out of bounds and much more trivial things. To put it into perspective my child was sanctioned with a 5 day suspension for being involved in a fight where both students were sanctioned ~ totally agree with that one.. but my child was also given a 5 day suspension for walking away from a teacher while distressed and phoning home while said teacher (the current deputy head) followed my child and taunted them. How are these two incidents given the same punishment? The head of year is very smarmy and also lies and embellishes stories to suit his narrative, again can be proven with evidence.
They damaged my child’s mental health and my own due to their constant games and their constant lies. My child’s attendance was 53% due to suspensions alone. The 53% attendance at school was not spent in classes at least 50% of that attendance was spent writing statements or in isolation classes as re~intergration after a suspension .

If your child comes home and tells you a story about a teacher you find unbelievable ~ BELIEVE THEM I spent 12 months on their side until my child finally got evidence and I saw it for myself. I thought my child was the problem when my child was not the problem and that’s now proven by a perfect attendance and record at their new school!!!

"Literally hell on earth."

I went to the school, all 5 years and it was all hell.

They allowed a child who murdered someone in another school to come to our school.

I got bullied on several occasions, so did my friends. In fact, the bullying wasn't just in the school but out of the school too, and my friends were the same in that sense. However, even with the fact someone of mine and my friends group got assaulted and harrased by other members of the school, the teachers didn't do anything and didn't even try. My bullying was never taken seriously, even when I started yelling in tears at my bully all they had to do was apologise and they did, while laughing.

My mother was involved in a situation that had her come down and she threatened literal child endangerment, all the headteacher did was agree with her. He agreed with her doing child endangerment, instead of calling social services.

They can spend thousands on doors but not on heating when it's in the minuses.

They need air conditioning.

Those teachers were going out of their way to be blind to the people that caused the issues, the chavs and roadmen. Those people that caused actual issues to EVERYONE in the school considered 'different' were allowed to treat people the way they did.

I checked my phone for the time once, and I got given a detention but the people seconds before me being scolded and seconds after me being scolded who were going on social media on their phone got NOTHING.

The teacher in charge of uniform didn't care about the knee high socks I was wearing, but a different teacher wouldn't leave me alone about it and wouldn't stop going on about my 'leg uniform'.

In lockdown, my science teacher gave us immense amounts of homework which 90% of it we weren't taught. Due to this, I didn't do it because we hadn't been taught it since year 7 or 8.(This incident was in year 11)
The teacher would tell me I'm going to fail and put me down for my studies, he had no faith in me and did nothing to help me except throw random homework in our faces and insult me when I chose not to do homework on topics we were not taught.

We weren't allowed to have fun on break, they forget we are still children and aren't going to be robots 24/7.

In the school there are sets, which is something that label's your child based on the intelligence they show to questions given in tests. I was thrown in a set I was struggling in when I was in year 11, and the teacher did not care. I was also struggling with personal stuff at the time but when I tried expressing my struggles in and our of school he blamed it all on me, said I need to do better. He did this almost every lesson after the class.

One time I came into school really ill, I mean extremely ill. I went to the nurse about it and I was pale, on the urge of vomiting, feeling faint, coughing, my voice was gone, I had a migraine, my body hurt, and I was exhausted.
She said that I will be fine and I just have a bug that's been going round. So I went to the stairs to get back to class but almost passed out, mid way walking down the stairs I blacked out for a second with a wave of faintness. I don't joke when I say I could have ended up going hospital if I didn't catch myself. I was still not allowed to leave to go home.

They had a law suit in the past because they brought in gender neutral toilets.
Not only this but (I overheard this part from my parents) they had an outrage from parents years back when they were caught out to checking children's underwear to see if it is the right colour for school.

The teachers don't understand how to teach children who don't 'catch up' like other children. (I was one of those children who couldn't catch up)

I said bloody hell in a room to react to something someone said, I got yelled at by a teacher saying I was swearing.

I think the only hope I had in being okay in this school was my year 11 English teacher who was absolutely amazing, she is the teacher every child needs in life to actually develop and learn.

"MY HONEST REVIEW!"

this school is so bad for children they preach about how much of a good school it is and all the support they have in place but it genuinely does not help. going to school in this generation is draining but teachers at this school make it 10x worse, they switch up when visitors come in i have experienced it myself.personally when i have children this school won’t even be on the list. i’m a student that still goes to this school and my experience so far has been nothing but awful. school shouldn’t be like this, school is for learning not being bullied into thinking everything u do is wrong. it’s so draining, you wake up everyday crying because you don’t want to go in because of how drained you are and it’s got to the point you feel numb. i’m so ready to leave.not at all am i trying to make other people think badly about this school but from my experience it hasn’t been the best.

"Great School, Some Room for Improvement"

We've been really pleased with the school's focus on attendance and punctuality, as well as the quality of teaching. However, my child has found the homework to be a bit challenging at times. Overall, I'd highly recommend Little Lever.

"Excellent Education and Values"

Our children attended Little Lever School from Year 7 to Year 11 and had a fantastic experience. The school's emphasis on hard work, respect, and responsibility really helped shape their characters. We're so grateful for the education and values they gained.

"Great learning systems, poor bullying support"

The teaching is great and I learn quite a bit but they have very limited bullying support. Even after multiple reports nothing has been done
