"Excellent School so far in Greatlever!!"

Great school!! I had a brilliant experience with my eldest one who was in the first badge when school started 5 years ago. She had excellent GCSE results. Teachers were very helping too. It was a bit of a bumpy ride due to temparary school site but now they have a proper new school with all the facilities and also i am happy with my second child attending this school. Strictness is much needed in High schools as the children are out of control because of their behavious & acts. Overall I am happy with this school including the teachers & the policies.

"A living hell."

This school is terrible. Terrible staff, terrible food, everything. From what I’ve seen, the King’s Leadership Academy schools in other areas are definitely better. Whatever you do, never go to this school. I don’t know how on earth Ofsted rated them “good”. The staff give detentions to students who haven’t done anything wrong. Students’ mental health is ruined by this school. The food is like prison food. This school is a living hell.

"Great school"

Lovely staff my child is doing very well in the school teachers are approachable and will speak honestly about my child some children and parents don’t have any respect for the school and it’s believe and there is nothing wrong with food I would know about it because my child is a fussy eater and he would soon tell me if he wasn’t happy.

"School made in hell"

Awful school. It lacks organisation, inadequate disciplinary action, school food is equivalent to prison food, has ruined many children's mental health. A family member of mine goes to this school and i have noticed it has caused her mental health to deteriorate Today, the school punished her something that she was not informed of and when she tried to explain her side, they kept on shouting at her. The teachers also act unprofessional towards student. I am sick of school staff for not taking responsibly for their actions and blaming it on students. Don't go to this school. You will regret it.

"Don’t believe all you are told."

Only put one star because can’t put none.
Avoid this school at all costs. Don’t believe all you are told regarding it. They treat pupils like soldiers. Lining up for everything. Speak and your given detention. Your child cannot reply to anything if they are accused of anything they get the punishment no matter what. The school has moved into the new build. The headmaster has no interest in pupils more interested in pupils coats and not scuffing the new floor. This school is bad for bullying etc. they don’t follow their own policies and procedures. Some certificates on the wall in the headteachers office can be printed on the internet. Had their first ofsted. All pupils were warned before hand. If you carry on misbehave or say anything you shouldn’t there will be consequences. I believe the head teacher pushed a pupil into the toilets to talk to him. Then he was off school for a few days. The headteacher doesn’t know how to speak to pupils raising his voice so loud you need earplugs. And the teachers lie so much you can catch them out all the time. If one says something they all agree together. The staff turnover is high and hard to get decent staff that they employ the cleaner and receptionist as heads of year. And the food is atrocious putting it mildly I wouldn’t feed it to the pigs on a farm. But there is that much left overs that is maybe where it ends up. Poor pigs.
Don’t believe what you hear. It’s nothing like Bolton School. That’s a joke. More like a juevinille detention centre to be honest.

"Excellent"

I think this is a great school forward thinking helpful if you have any problems there doing there best for the children and that's what you want for your children educational and on a personnel level making these children the best there can be in adult life a wondeful team I could not ask for anymore.

"Avoid at all costs. Nothing like Bolton school "

Only gave it one star as no other option. Wouldn’t give it any. Haven’t a clue what’s going on. Things only done which suit the staff. The food well it’s awful. They do not follow food recommendations. Want to be better than Bolton school. Not a chance. The new building has been ongoing for years. Never ending. Pupils smoke vapes often taken off them by staff. No control over pupils at this school. And as for the headmaster. Mr Crosby. Think he be better off as the cleaner. Waste of time. Avoid this school. Don’t believe the school curriculum.

"An Amazing Community That Cares for Its Students"

We've only just started at King's, but we've already fallen in love with the school's warm and welcoming atmosphere. The teachers are attentive, and the students seem to genuinely care for one another.

"An Unforgettable Experience at King's Leadership Academy Bolton"

We've been at King's for 4 years and it's been an incredible journey. The facilities, the staff, the values - everything is top-notch. Our daughter has grown so much as a person and academically, I couldn't be prouder.

"Some Good, Some Room for Improvement"

My son enjoys attending King's, but I'm not entirely convinced about the school's handling of pastoral care. The values and facilities are great, but we're still waiting to see some positive changes in this area.
