"Toxic SLT"

I worked here for five years. The students were lovely which I what kept me there. The SLT were toxic bullies. I eventually had to leave after they gave me three free periods over a fortnight and had me covering two classes together. When a new school requested a reference for me they totally ignored it despite my results being outstanding for five years. I have worked in many schools and staff morale was rock bottom here. Avoid at all costs.

"Review"

There’s good teachers who you can make like you and you can say whatever with but some are just really bad and can’t take jokes which is annoying. People like hating on the teachers when they’re flipped and don’t know how to act like normal and descent human being you just don’t mess with them and you’ll be fine just vibe with them and don’t act dumb. The school is all bad you just have to have the right friends to hang around with because everyone knows that’s what is the best part of school if you don’t your finished.

"Excellent school with outstanding facilities and values"

I'm so impressed with the school's facilities, especially the Design & Technology centre. My daughter is thriving here and the values of kindness, respect, and honesty are something we're proud to see her adopting. We've had a few teething issues with remote learning, but the staff have been very supportive. Overall, we're very happy with Bolton Muslim Girls' School.

"Mixed feelings about the school"

My daughter is in Year 9 and we've had a bit of a mixed experience so far. On the one hand, the teachers are lovely and the curriculum is engaging. On the other hand, I've found the communication with the school to be a bit patchy at times, and I wish there were more opportunities for parent-teacher meetings. Overall, we're trying to make it work, but we're not entirely satisfied.

"A great education and community"

My daughter attended BMGS from Year 7 to Year 11 and had a fantastic experience. The school's focus on Islamic values and British values is wonderful, and the facilities are really impressive. I only deducted a star because I wish there were more opportunities for parent involvement.
