"Pretty Good"
After spending 5 years here, school isn't that bad, food in the canteen may be.. questionable but the prices are cheap so can't really complain. Staff are nice, supportive and actually make learning really entertaining. Field use in the summer is unbelievable too, absolutely incredible. Only negative is other people can be mean, and also be very careful what you post online cos if someone finds out from your year you're done for.

"NOT A “GRAMMAR SCHOOL” AT ALL"
As a parent of a child who attends this school, It is a disgrace. Fellow parents, do not be fooled by the title of a “grammar school” and send your child here expecting it to be a safe learning environment because its FAR FROM THAT. My child often comes home crying their eyes out claiming people have been lobbing METAL batteries at their head and pushing him around the corridoors like a ragdoll! He has bruises on his face from when students have attacked him and ever since he joined this school, he has lost touch of himself. The students of this school are literal animals, they lack any sense of empathy and MERCY to anybody physically inferior to them. Even on public transport, the students of this school have been reported to harassing the public and shouting and screaming like uncivilized beings. If you have a child DO NOT send them here it is NOT what you expect.
Theres also so many fight videos originating from this school and I have come to find out that expelled students from CALDAY GRANGE GRAMMAR SCHOOL get transferred to this dump of a school hence justifying its incompetence.
I really should be giving this school a 1 star or even a 0!

"Macbeth Horror Story"
I had a deeply unsettling experience at Wirral Grammar School for Boys that I feel compelled to share. During an English lesson with Dr. Warren, while we were reading Macbeth, the atmosphere became overwhelmingly intense. The way the themes of ambition and guilt were discussed made some students, including myself, feel extremely anxious and emotional.
One student in particular broke down in tears, overwhelmed by the pressure and the dark themes of the play. Instead of providing support, the environment felt cold and unwelcoming, making it difficult for anyone to express their feelings or seek help. It was disheartening to see a place that should foster learning and growth contribute to such distress. I hope the school can address these issues to create a more supportive atmosphere for its students.

"Andrew Tate would love this place"
Horrendous school, full of bullying, misogyny and racism. No emotional support given to any pupils that have been bullied then struggle with emotional health. Raise money for MH charities to try and cover up their falseness. Please please do not send your boys here. They support Martin Gallier project, would be intersting to know what the statistics of 'Wirral Grammar boys' that have gone on to commit suicide.

"Horrible school would never recommend"
This school is completely the opposite of what they portray on their website or in the open evening. Wirral grammar school for boys has an atrocious atmosphere and is not a proper grammar school at all. Bullying(especially racism) doesnt get sorted properly. When a kid bullies another kid, teachers give BOTH of them a detention or an isolation even when the victim has done nothing wrong. As soon as they get released from the isolation or detention, the kid who does the bullying continues to repeat the same thing again. Most students are immature and racist. There are students in this school that vape, do drugs and smoke, yet the teachers don't expel them just so that they can keep their reputation and obtain the schools population. The school itself is really old and severely underfunded. Teachers leave half the time and they never make the lesson interesting all they do is make us copy from the board. They give lots of homework without explaining it properly(which gets stressful and really frustrating) and they dont know how to control a class at all, which is why most students take advantage of the teacher. When a student gets put on report or has an isolation, they just act well behaved but as soon as they get put off the punishment they start misbehaving again. The school emails are very confusing and can never be explained properly. It is funny to see how the whole school switches up as soon as Ofsted inspectors come. As a student writing this honest review, I regret attending this school and i feel deeply sorry for the students who join this school.

"Good school. Except for 6th formers."
Recommended 100%. Only criticism is that there aren't many facilities at the moment for 6th formers.
