"abrupt and unfriendly deputy head"

my niece goes to this school and her mother has had a lot of problems. the deputy head teacher can be very abrupt to parents and has ignored many questions that she has asked along with request to call her back etc. the school sees itself as an elite school with it being next to the expensive houses in rickelton. this is the image they want and they dont really want to know about lesser off families. this is how my sister feels about it anyway. she is currently looking for a new school for my niece.
