Dame Dorothy Primary School

We've been really pleased with the progress our daughters have made since joining Dame Dorothy Primary. The teachers are caring and encouraging, and the facilities are always clean and well-maintained. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is because the playground could be a bit bigger, but overall we're very happy.

We moved to the area a year ago and our son started at Dame Dorothy. While the school has its strengths, such as a friendly atmosphere and good sports facilities, we feel that the teaching could be more engaging at times. Our son's teacher, Mrs. Thompson, is lovely, but sometimes we feel that the lessons are a bit too focused on rote learning. Still, we're hopeful that the school will address our concerns and continue to improve.
