"The worse school I've ever known!"

This school is ridiculous & should be shut down! My child attended this primary school (reception) for 3 months. During this time she was hit, spat on & had her packed lunch stolen before dinnertime on 5 occasions by other students. No teachers was ever able to help identify the students so nothing was done. When I discovered who was stealing her lunch then school was still unable to resolve. I had meetings with 2 out of 4 of their head teachers & was told there was nothing they could do about it. The main head teacher - Shane tewes was aggressive towards me when complaining about my child coming home hungry on many occasions. He said that if I was not happy with the schools response then I don't have to bring my child there! I removed my child from this school & made the school & school board aware of this yet the school then contacted social services & made up lies about me, saying I was on drugs & my child was unsafe with me also that my child was a missing child! This caused a lot of stress for my family & I was only trying to keep my child safe & happy which she was not at this school!
DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE, NOT SAFE! Also I made complaints about this school to my local authority but they have ignored this complaint & do not want to help so the school is free to continue this behaviour & I contacted Ofsted who say there is nothing they can do either as school has regular checks? There are to many children in the school for the amount of space they have - not safe & not enough staff that care!

"Mixed Feelings About the School"

We've had a mixed experience at Woodside. The school's efforts to promote attendance and punctuality are commendable, and my child enjoys the extracurricular activities. However, I've noticed some inconsistencies in the teaching quality and communication with parents. Overall, it's an okay school, but there's room for improvement.

"Great Facilities, Friendly Staff"

We left Woodside last year, but I still have fond memories of the school. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff are always willing to listen and help. My child thrived in the nursery and Reception classes. The school's focus on attendance and punctuality really resonated with us - it's essential for a child's academic success.
