About Maypole School (Leigham Court)

Maypole School has two school sites that opened in Sep 2023, in Sunbury-on-Thames and Leigham Court. Our schools are for pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties, and most of our pupils will also have some combination of additional complex needs.

"Life-changing experience for our son"

We can't thank the staff enough for the support and care they provide for our son. The facilities are excellent and the values of the school have helped him to feel safe and valued. We've seen a huge improvement in his confidence and behaviour since he started.

"Mixed experience"

We've had a mixed experience at Maypole School. Some staff are excellent and really understand our child's needs, but others seem less supportive. The facilities are good, but we've had some issues with communication from the school. We're not sure if this is the right school for our child yet.

"Amazing school for our child's needs"

We were blown away by the school's commitment to supporting children with SEMH difficulties. Our child thrived in the bespoke off-site vocational placements program and we were amazed by the progress they made. The staff were always approachable and understanding.
