Beckmead College is a successful, vibrant SEN school for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Our staff are highly motivated, caring, committed and loving and our primary aim is to promote equality, nurture and progress, whilst supporting the needs of every child in our care.

"A Great Support System"

As a parent, it's been amazing to see the level of support that Beckmead College provides. From the initial consultation to the daily communication with teachers, we've always felt included and informed. Our child has made great progress, especially in the vocational department, and we're confident that they'll be ready for the next step. The only thing that would make it better is more opportunities for parental involvement.

"A Life-Changing School Experience"

We were initially hesitant about sending our son to Beckmead College, but it's been one of the best decisions we've ever made. The staff and facilities are exceptional, and the school's values of nurturing and progress have really helped our child blossom. The vocational department and extracurricular activities have also been a huge hit with him. We're so grateful to have found this school!

"Mixed Experience"

We had a bit of a rollercoaster experience at Beckmead College, to be honest. On the one hand, our child received great support and made some lovely friends. However, we did feel that the school could do more to engage with parents and keep us up-to-date on our child's progress. Additionally, some of the facilities were not always available or well-maintained. That being said, we're grateful for the experience and the lessons we learned along the way.
