Alsop High School is a large school in Liverpool with a rich history, providing education to children of the Walton area since 1926. Our mission is 'Achieving Excellence Together' and we strive for 1% better every day. We have unapologetically high expectations for every child and are committed to treating every student with the same care and dedication they would their own children.

"Outstanding School Experience"

I was blown away by the facilities at Alsop High School - from the modern classrooms to the impressive CrossFit Alsop facility. The values of ambition, respect, and community are truly embedded in the school's ethos, and I've seen my child grow in confidence and academic ability. The teachers are passionate and supportive, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

"This school is the worst in the city "

From years 7-10 I was continuously bullied by both lads and girls. I have been assaulted many times at the school where staff have done nothing to stop or even limit the number of assaults. The toilets are appalling, blood and poo al over the seats and there are no cubicle door. Lastly the food has given me food poisoning multiple times and they never have any drink out at lunch time

"A Mixed Experience"

I have mixed feelings about Alsop High School. On the one hand, I appreciate the school's commitment to community values and the efforts they make to support students with SEND needs. However, I felt that the school could do more to engage with parents and provide more detailed feedback on my child's progress. With a bit more communication and effort, I believe the school could be truly excellent.

"Excellent All-Rounder"

Alsop High School has exceeded my expectations in every way. My child has thrived in the inclusive and supportive environment, and the teachers have been responsive to our needs. The recent investment in modern facilities and technology has been impressive, and I've been impressed by the range of extracurricular activities on offer.
