Hello, I'm a year 10 student here and I can tell you now, this school is terrible, I've been bullied before, to be expected right, but it takes so long to actually sort out, also, I'm an SEN student, I think that's the acronym, and I have a file, the teachers are supposed to read it, clearly they haven't since I'm still treated like everyone else even though I do need more help with focus, the only thing they do is tell me to focus, it doesn't help, the headteacher is also terrible, she seems to act so nice but really she is just someone who doesn't actually care, I've only spoken to her once or twice but I can tell you she is terrible, there are few things good there, and most of it is my friends and the good teachers who I am unable to name on here but you will probably know them if you go to the school. But as a wise man once said before the reviews got removed on Google, Ketchup bombaclat

Generally poor behaviours and very mixed teaching. The school is clearly struggling on a number of fronts (recruitment, funding, behavioural expectations, etc.) and the pupil outcomes are suffering as a result. The current downwards spiral is of real concern.

I hated every single moment there! I lost all my friends over their sneaky passive gossipy behaviour, got bullied by tons of people for having Autism and the classes are just totally unhelpful for creative people. The teachers don't usually help many of the students and often dismiss them just for the sake of stupid rules!!!

A filthy disgusting school, should be closed down

I was at this school for 7 years, it was fine initially during my GCSEs but gradually just got worse and worse. I then found myself doing three a levels and only having one teacher for business studies, yet no teachers for my other two subjects. I had to learn the whole spec by myself for the other 2 which was an absolute nightmare. Worst experience of my life, When I asked for support, I was basically given nothing and the teachers blamed me for not trying harder when I was already balancing so much at once. Absolute joke of a school, please don’t go here if you value your education and time.

THIS SCHOOL IS OUTRAGEOUS AND TERRIBLE. THE PE DEPARTMENT SMELLS, MISS OBE IS A HORRENDOUS TEACHER SHE DOESNT CARE FOR ANYONE BUT HERSELF A ND TREATS HER STUDENTS DISGUSTINGLY, SHE NEVER PAYS ATTENTION TO ANY ONE BUT HERSELF AND SHE CANT TEACH IM PRETTY SURE SHE GOT HER MATHS EDUCATION ONLINE BECAUSE SHE NEVERS TEACHES OR EXPLAINS ANYTHING, MISS CLARKE IS A PICK ME AND SHE DOESNTA CARE FOR HER STUDENTS SHE CANT TEACH NOR CAN READ. WE DONT EVEN HAVE HARDLY ANY ART OR DT TEACHERS AND OUR ART TEACHER ISNT EVEN AN ART TEACHER AND ISNT QUALIFIED TO BE A ART TEACHER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL IF YOU VALUE YOUR EDUCATION AND YOUR LIFE

It a big school but the teacher make you stress are shouting do to much pick on the ones they hate make you or force you to say something when they can ask someone else

Bishop justus is a terrible and ungodly school, teachers bully students and are races and the head is being paid but is never there. The head leaves a bunch of armatures to run the school. Do not send your child to Bishop Justus school and if your child already attends there then get them out. A white male student slapped my brown skin daughter around the face with a ruler for know reason whatsoever so my daughter went for him but didn't get a chance to get him back as a white teacher backed her up against the wall and as a result my daughter has been suspended, Bishop Justus is run by demand, get your child out.

Don’t send your child their worst school ever.
No support from teachers, head teacher or head of trust.
Took my son out in year 7.

This school is terrible, please do not send your child here I wouldn’t wish this school on my worst enemy the students are horrible, teachers do absolutely nothing and the education isn’t even good this school doesn’t even deserve 2 starts it deserves 1 I’ll give you a few examples of this by telling you my child’s experiences, toilets are supposed to be supervised yet they try to bang down doors, look through doors, wait for other students to get out and break locks even the toilets aren’t safe. I normally don’t leave reviews but I want to let people know to not send your children here if you love them

I went to view this school with my daughter and I was extremely impressed. The school is immaculate - the grounds well looked after and the inside of the school clean and very well maintained. We were highly impressed with the head of Year 7 and the pastoral care the school appears to offer its students. When we arrived the school had put on a breakfast for the students that were looking around that morning and I thought that was such a thoughtful and caring gesture. All students that we saw when viewing the school were also extremely well presented and very polite. The atmosphere within the school was friendly, kind, nurturing, warm and caring. I must say we both left feeling v. impressed with the head of Year 7, the pastoral care the school appears to offer and the school. A very reassuring visit for parents and students alike.

Do not send your child here! If they are anything but neurotypical, then send your child to another school. Extremely disappointed. Had high hopes for our child here and were badly let down. Total failure of the school to get a grip on bullying, inept handling of our child's neurodiversity, and hopelessly managed from top to bottom.

i am a former bishop justus student who was bullied and ridiculed by students and teachers alike. the food is disgusting, horrendous and way overpriced. i hated every second of being at this school. So if you love your children DO NOT SEND THEM HERE.

I swear all the teachers in this school like to brag about how they have passed there gcse and look down on us they also get angry when you tell the truth as they know there in the wrong and besides that it is also unfair how teacher and six form alike are allowed to go on there phone

While I've been generally pleased with Bishop Justus CofE School, I do have some concerns about the sixth form. The course selection seems limited, and the transition from GCSEs to A-levels was a bit rocky for my child. However, the school is still working hard to address these issues.

I've been thoroughly impressed with Bishop Justus CofE School. The emphasis on faith, love, and learning is evident in every aspect of the school. My child is thriving in the supportive environment and has made great progress academically.

I've been amazed by the level of support and encouragement my child receives at Bishop Justus CofE School. The teachers go above and beyond to help them achieve their goals, and the school's values of faith, love, and learning are truly evident in the way they operate.

My child attended Bishop Justus CofE School for 4 years and had a fantastic experience. The teachers were engaging, and the facilities were excellent. The school's focus on character development and academic achievement is truly impressive.

Not great, the maths teachers go at the pace of the fastest students and doesn't teach the class, just that one person, if you're bad at english the teachers give up on you, if you are clever but lazy you do not receive the support you need and end up failing, and the language teacher's accents are too strong to understand. The food is served at two places,but because of pandemic safety, the whole of one year has to get food by one hatch, serving one person at a time, and there is no one supervising so everyone pushes in.
