About Brymore Academy

Brymore really does offer a unique learning experience Academic success is achieved through small class sizes, a practical curriculum, outstanding facilities and an emphasis on traditional values. We are a state boarding school for boys aged between 11 and 17, which means the education is free and we are open to day pupils.

"A Home Away from Home"

The team at Brymore have been supportive and welcoming, and we've enjoyed getting involved in the school community. The emphasis on hard work, manners, and respect is exactly what we want for our son, and we've seen these values in action during our visits.

"Outstanding Education and Experience"

We were blown away by the facilities and the emphasis on traditional values at Brymore Academy. Our son has thrived in the boarding environment and we've seen significant academic progress. The farm and workshops are a unique selling point that sets Brymore apart from other schools.

"Mixed Feelings"

We had a positive experience at Brymore, but we did struggle with communication with the school at times. The facilities are excellent and our son enjoyed the practical aspects of the curriculum. However, we would have liked to see more attention paid to pastoral care.
