Cherry Tree is a 2-form entry primary school, with a nursery, situated close to Basildon town centre, with large and spacious grounds. We have all the facilities to nurture our children’s development. But Cherry Tree is not just a building: it is a strong community, with fantastic children who demonstrate our core values of Caring, Thriving, Preparing and Succeeding.

"Wonderful school and caring community"

We are absolutely loving our experience at Cherry Tree Primary School. The facilities are excellent and the staff are always supportive and friendly. Our child is thriving and the values of Caring, Thriving, Preparing and Succeeding are evident in everything they do.

"Engaging curriculum and great opportunities"

My child is in their first year at Cherry Tree and we are really impressed with the engaging curriculum and the opportunities they have been given. The school's focus on caring and thriving is evident in everything they do and we feel confident that our child is in good hands.

"Good school but some issues"

We moved our child to Cherry Tree Primary School in Year 5 and while we were initially impressed with the facilities and the staff, we did experience some issues with communication and consistency. However, the school's focus on caring and thriving is genuine and our child did well here.
