Ashton Sixth Form College

My daughter has had an amazing experience at Ashton Sixth Form College. The facilities are top-notch, particularly the IT suites and sports facilities. I was impressed by the college's values of ambition and integrity, which are evident in the way the students and staff work together. I would highly recommend the college to any prospective student.

My son has had a mixed experience at Ashton Sixth Form College. While he has enjoyed the course material and some of the teachers, he has found the workload to be quite heavy at times. The college's facilities are good, but I feel that there could be more support for students with mental health issues.

Though the students are nice, some of the teachers lack empathy and care. My tutor is rude and has blatant favouritism and has over looked me during discussions. I will say, a few kept my respect due to their teaching and ethics and the food provided is delicious. The teaching environment is forceful for those who have trouble by pushing they should speak though not always comfortable.

There has already been two times this term where unwanted individuals have made their way on campus, safety isn't top notch here and I'm sure they never found the individuals to remove either.

The teachers were always available to help and provided valuable guidance throughout his course. The college's partnership with local universities and businesses also gave him great opportunities for work experience and networking.
