What this school does well: My two sons (6, 4) have been attending Pilgrim Lutheran School for 3 years and 1 year (respectively) — my youngest is in Pre-K at age 4, and my oldest will be 1st grade at age 6. From the beginning, our family has had a wonderful experience with this school. One of the things we appreciate most is the small class sizes, which allow the teachers to really get to know each child and give them the individual attention they need to thrive. The teachers are warm, caring, and clearly invested in each student's growth, both academically and personally.

Even at their young ages, my boys are already building a strong academic foundation — learning to read and write, developing their reasoning and problem-solving skills, exploring hands-on science, and growing socially as they learn to work and play alongside their classmates. It's been wonderful to watch them grow so much in such a short time. Art and other clubs have been great after-school activities as wel.

I highly recommend Pilgrim Lutheran School to any family looking for a warm, close-knit community, strong academics, and teachers who treat your children like family. It's also a beautiful place for young children to begin building a Christian foundation and grow in character.
