Tolworth Girls' School and Sixth Form

The teachers are rude and the education is lacking severely in life skills for the future. Absolutely do not recommend as the teachers here do not let you go to toilets even when you are on your period. This institution on a whole also doesn't care about bullying or mental health. It is truly shocking they have oxford outstanding. There are also multiple rumours circulating teachers watching inappropriate content during class.

I used to be a student here. So many of the teachers at this school were pedophiles. You can search it on google and there were so many at that school a few years ago that never got caught, including 2 of the history teachers. Lots of the teachers knew about it too but the headteacher (Mrs Lowe) didn’t want another scandal so they did nothing about the fact teachers were grooming their students.

I don’t recommend this school if you want your child to have bad mental health problems. They do nothing to help at all and not even that “blue building” is useful. Some students find it helpful in there (and I’m glad for them) but others not so much considering how badly they “help” students struggling. Once I heard teachers gossiping about another student’s problem and just hearing that is messed up but knowing that middle aged women and men are doing it is just hard to believe considering they were “trained” to be “professional”. Gossiping is what teenagers should do not grown adults and to hear teachers do it just makes me think how many young people choose to trust a member of staff with their problems and have it blatantly gossiped around the teachers is just messed up. Please train your teachers in mental health as right now their knowledge is shockingly horrendous.

Terrible school, don’t look out for you let people who struggle fall between the cracks. Wouldn’t recommend.

As a current student I feel it could improve in many ways and am not very satisfied with it ìm currently a gcse student with moderately good grades and am known for being a polite student but even I feel their are alot of problems with the school and have been good friend with quite a few people whom have left the school due to it not helping them at all

It’s alright teachers I got are good soo I’d recommend to come but only if you get the good teachers. Better then other schools in the borough.

I don't recommend this school, the teachers are either extremely strict or extremely laid back and students don't want to attend the classes. Mental Health isn't good either- school counselors are extremely unhelpful. Food is overpriced and there aren't a range of sports. Due to covid regulations, they haven't allowed students to meet up with siblings during breaks which I think is unfair as they are in the same bubble at home. Bubbles are separated into each year (around 240 students) and everyone in one year has contact with everyone else. The school is quite safe and lanyards are required for every door.

Teachers are awful. Lessons are bad. Students are out of control
