Our Lady and St. Gerard's is a busy, friendly Roman Catholic Primary school, located in the heart of Lostock Hall. We have a maximum intake of 50 and have two classes per year group. We have a Nursery, taking children from age 3, with its own outdoor area.

"Good School, Some Room for Improvement"

My child has settled well into Our Lady & St Gerard's and loves going to school. The teachers are enthusiastic and the curriculum is engaging. However, I feel that the school could benefit from some additional resources, such as more books and educational software, to support the children's learning. Overall, a good school with some room for improvement.

"Wonderful School with Kind Staff"

My child has been at Our Lady & St Gerard's for 3 years now and I couldn't be happier with the care and education they receive. The staff are kind, supportive and genuinely care about each child's well-being. The facilities are also excellent and the school's values of kindness, compassion and respect are clearly evident in everything they do.

"Excellent Catholic Values and Education"

My older child attended Our Lady & St Gerard's many years ago and had a wonderful experience. The school's Catholic values and ethos were a big part of their education and I was impressed by the way the staff encouraged them to develop their faith. The education was also excellent and my child did very well in their GCSEs. I would highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a Catholic education.
