Ysgol Gynradd Talwrn

Ysgol Gynradd Y Talwrn was a small, rural Welsh-medium primary school located in the village of Talwrn, approximately three miles from Llangefni on the Isle of Anglesey. It provided education for children aged 4 to 11 years old and served the local community with a focus on Welsh language and culture. The school was part of the Isle of Anglesey County Council's education system. However, Ysgol Talwrn was scheduled to close on 31 August 2024, with pupils transferring to Ysgol y Graig as part of a modernisation and consolidation project by the local authority.
