"Wonderful Head and Team "

We joined Westwood First School for our son's first year and have been impressed by the Head's commitment to making the school a place where children can 'be the best they can be'. The staff are friendly and approachable, and the curriculum is engaging and well-structured. We feel so grateful to be part of this community and look forward to many happy years here.

"Best School Ever! "

We've been at Westwood First School for a year now and I couldn't be happier with the care and attention our daughter receives. The facilities are amazing and the staff are always willing to listen. My daughter loves her teacher, Miss Smith, and is making great progress. We feel so lucky to be a part of this school community.

"Great school, some minor issues"

We moved to Leek a few years ago and our eldest child attended Westwood First School. While we were generally happy, there were some issues with communication between teachers and parents which we felt could have been better. However, overall we think the school does a great job in instilling its values and providing a supportive environment.
