Churnet View Middle School provides an excellent education for children aged between 9 and 13 years old. Our school culture ensures that pupils are respectful, kind and aspirant. We believe that if a child is healthy, happy and safe, and they learn within a positive, inclusive environment, with a purposefully designed curriculum, taught by great teachers and staff, they will achieve excellence.

"5 stars for Churnet View Middle School!"

We have been so impressed with the school since my child started. The facilities are amazing, and the staff are always on hand to support. Our child has really taken to the 'respect, care for and develop our relationships' value - it's lovely to see them becoming a more confident and caring person.

"Love the school's focus on wellbeing"

We've been really impressed with the school's approach to wellbeing and safeguarding. The teachers are always checking in with our child and making sure they're happy and supported. The facilities are also fantastic - the Roaches view is stunning!

"Great school with a lovely atmosphere"

We were really happy with our child's time at Churnet View. The school has a great atmosphere, and the teachers are all very supportive. My child particularly enjoyed the sports facilities and the 'achieve our very best' value, which really encouraged them to push themselves.
