We have pleasure in introducing you to our very special school. We are an academy based in Newsome, Huddersfield. Our school provision meets the needs of learners with highly Complex Needs including those with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, Severe Learning Difficulties and those with Multi-Sensory Impairments from the age of 3 to 19.

"A Home Away from Home for Our Child"

Castle Hill School has been a haven for our child, providing a safe and nurturing environment that has helped them thrive. The staff are dedicated, caring, and responsive to our child's needs. We've been impressed by the school's emphasis on partnership with parents and carers, and appreciate the regular updates and feedback we receive.

"Mixed Experience So Far"

We've had a mixed experience at Castle Hill School, with some positives and negatives. On the one hand, our child has made some wonderful friends and enjoys the after-school clubs. However, we've struggled with communication from the school, and feel that our child's needs haven't always been met. We're hoping that things will improve in the coming months.

"A School That Truly Understands Our Child"

Castle Hill School has been a game-changer for our child, who has complex needs that require specialized support. We've been blown away by the school's expertise, compassion, and dedication to our child's well-being. The staff are always willing to go the extra mile, and we feel that our child is truly loved and cared for.

We can't speak highly enough of Castle Hill School, where our child received an outstanding education and unwavering support. The school's commitment to inclusivity and diversity is evident in everything they do, and we've been impressed by their dedication to the arts and extracurricular activities.
