"Not what it seems"

As a teacher I have witnessed staff being bullied and threatened by the SLT. A complete toxic working environment that focuses more on making profits than helping kids. I would give this place a wide birth if I was a parent thinking of sending my child here.

"Disgusting"

As member of staff what I experienced was a complete toxic environment. Bullying and intimidation at its worst I have worked in a school so unprofessional. Pupils get a really bad deal and their needs are not met. No money is spent on the kids and they have little to no resources.

"A Good School, but Room for Improvement"

We have been generally happy with Millcourt, but we did struggle with communication initially. The staff are lovely and the facilities are great, but we feel they could do more to engage parents in the child's education. Still, we're glad we made the decision to send our child there
