About Haskel School

Haskel School is an independent special school located in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, serving children with disabilities aged 5-25. It is the only Jewish school in the North East of England catering exclusively for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The school provides bespoke education tailored to the unique needs of each child, serving the Gateshead Jewish community. Haskel was rated as Outstanding by Ofsted on 6 December 2017 and operates as a non-boarding facility with a capacity of 30 pupils.
