Eastergate CE Primary School is a friendly and nurturing school with a strong sense of community. We have a dedicated staff team who support all children and use a therapeutic behaviour approach prioritising mental health and wellbeing. Our Christian distinctiveness shapes our school vision and is the golden thread that provides the context and foundation of everything we do.

"Our little one loves Eastergate!"

We've had a fantastic year at Eastergate! My child has thrived in the semi-rural setting and loves the farm trips. The staff are caring and supportive, just as Ofsted observed.

"A truly inclusive and nurturing school"

My child has grown so much socially and academically since joining Eastergate. The therapeutic behaviour approach has really helped with their confidence and self-esteem. Our family feels very welcome and supported here.

"A good school, but some areas for improvement"

We had a positive experience at Eastergate, but I felt that the school could have done more to engage with us as parents. The curriculum is rich, but I wished for more opportunities for my child to take on more responsibility. Still, I think it's a great school and I'm glad my child was able to attend.
