"The truth will out. It’s just a matter of time."
Complaints are not upheld ( even in the face of irrefutable evidence), governors are receiving a number of similar complaints and are aware of lies, cover-ups, parents being bullied and silenced and are standing by the perpetrator.
Senior leaders in the local authority are also aware.
The truth will out. It’s only a matter of time.
The victims are finding each other and all have similar stories. There’s power in numbers.
"Poor management "
"Education good just needs visible leaders! "
However…..
communication is very very poor.
Headteacher isn’t present really. Deputy the same. They have no relationship with parents.
No photos of staff on website. We literally have no clue who is who in terms of staff.
I would rate education as excellent. But don’t expect the normal extras like Christmas performances or class assemblies or Christmas fayre. It’s education only!! I believe they had this kind of thing under the old head. Parents have informed me she was lovely.
I think teaching staff are lovely and the range of experiences they provide is excellent. I feel the school is good because of the teachers despite no visible leadership At all. You could go there 7 years and never ever meet the headteacher or other leaders at all!!!! They hide!!! If they were passionate about their job they’d come out of hiding!
I feel a head and other leaders with some passion and a desire to have a relationship with parents could really make the school. But teachers are lovely.
Thankfully the teachers don’t follow the example of the senior leaders.
Different leadership please but everything else is great!
