Battledown School is a Special School and part of the SAND Academy Trust providing specialist assessment of children between the ages of 2 to 11 and covering the whole range of additional needs. We believe in the concept of lifelong learning and the notion that learning should be rewarding and enjoyable experience for everyone.

"Mixed Experience"

While Battledown School has a wonderful ethos and committed staff, our experience has been a mixed bag. My child has benefited from the school's focus on communication and social skills, but we've encountered some challenges with consistency and communication from the school. I appreciate the school's efforts, but we're still working to find the right fit for our family.

"Warm and Supportive Environment"

I am so grateful to have found Battledown School for my child. The school's values of empowerment, excellence, and enjoyment align perfectly with our family's approach to education.
