As a very small village school, Stanton Drew has a unique and very special feel. Everyone knows and looks out for each other and it feels like a big extended family. Parents and other family members play a big part in the life of the school and communication and contact between you and the school is frequent and informal.

"Wonderful school with a big heart"

I've been blown away by the warmth and kindness of the staff at Stanton Drew Primary. My child has thrived here, making lifelong friends and learning so much. The school's values of community and respect really shine through in everything they do.

"A true gem in the Chew Valley"

We were a bit worried about moving our child to a small village school, but Stanton Drew has exceeded all our expectations. The teachers are brilliant, the facilities are brilliant, and the sense of community is wonderful. My child can't wait to go to school every day!

"Best school ever!"

I'm a bit biased, but I think Stanton Drew is the best school in the country! My child went here years ago and it was incredible. The staff are dedicated, the facilities are top-notch, and the values of community and respect really make a difference. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

"A lovely school with some minor improvements needed"

We've been happy with Stanton Drew overall, but there are a few areas where we think the school could improve. The PTA is very active and puts on some great events, but sometimes the communication from the school could be better. That being said, my child loves it here and we're grateful for the education they're receiving.
