Gillingstool is such a special place in which every member of staff knows and cares for every child in the school. This compassionate ethos is promoted at all times and is recognised as a strength of Gillingstool by parents and visitors alike. Within that caring ethos, we seek to maximise every child’s potential, by working together with parents to provide an education tailored for pupils needs.

"Supportive and inclusive community"

Gillingstool has been a wonderful experience for our family. The school's values of inclusivity, ambition, and kindness are genuinely reflected in the way staff interact with children and parents alike. Our child is loved and supported, and we feel confident that they're receiving a top-notch education.

"An amazing school!"

I'm so grateful to have found Gillingstool Primary School. The staff are kind, caring, and genuinely interested in every child's well-being and academic progress. We've been thoroughly impressed by the variety of activities and programs on offer, from music lessons to outdoor play. Our daughter is thriving and loves going to school!

"Room for improvement, but great potential"

My child is enjoying their time at Gillingstool, and the staff seem welcoming and dedicated. However, I do wish there were more opportunities for parental involvement and communication. The school's facilities are impressive, but I've noticed a few issues with organization and timetabling. With a bit more attention to detail, this school could be truly exceptional.

"Excellent education and facilities!"

As a parent who's seen their child through Gillingstool, I can confidently say that this school exceeds expectations in every way. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the teachers are enthusiastic and dedicated. My child's confidence and skills flourished here, and we're grateful for the opportunity to be part of this school community.
