"academics are great but the kids are literal demons"

The some of the teachers were great and i got all 8s and 9s in my gcses. HOWEVER, the kids have this really weird snakey culture which makes all your time at school majorly suck. i left there thinking that all people were horrible scumbags but in my college that wasn’t true at all. i think it’s a combination of the attitudes of kids’ parents and the atmosphere of the school but everybody’s inexplicably nasty to each other pretty much all the time. i would honestly avoid this school at all costs :)

"Good academically-wise, otherwise mostly bad"

While it allowed me to perform well academically, and the house events were entertaining and many of the teachers lovely, there are still very archaic rules and traditions as well as low-paid staff despite it claiming to be a progressive school. Policing of girl's skirt lengths was a bit weird. Far too much racism, sexism and transphobia among many of the students, and the school is full of Tories.
