"A wonderful community"

Pocklington Junior School has been an excellent choice for my child. The school's community values resonate with us and we've seen our child grow in confidence and develop a love for learning. The staff are approachable and supportive, always willing to listen and offer help.

"A great all-round school"

We're really pleased with our experience at Pocklington Junior School so far. The school offers a great balance of academic and enrichment activities, which suits our child's needs. The staff are friendly and the facilities are well-maintained. However, we did experience some communication issues with the school's app, which was a minor drawback.

"Best decision ever!"

My child thrived at Pocklington Junior School, especially with the joy of reading program. The staff and teachers were dedicated, caring and made learning fun. I'm so grateful for the experience we had at that school. We miss it dearly!

Headteacher Mrs Foxton is an exceptional leader who sets a high standard for the school. We've seen our child benefit from her vision and commitment to providing an excellent education. The school's focus on reading and community values has helped our child develop into a confident and caring individual.
