"Our Distinctive School Experience"

We're really happy with the values and ethos at Distington Community School. Our child has settled in well and we love the emphasis on individuality and creativity. The staff are friendly and approachable, and we appreciate the regular updates we receive.

"Some Great Aspects, but Room for Improvement"

We've been pleased with some aspects of Distington Community School, such as the facilities and the emphasis on outdoor learning. However, we've experienced some communication breakdowns and feel that the school could benefit from more parental involvement opportunities.

"A Warm and Welcoming School"

We're so glad we chose Distington Community School for our child. The school has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff are always willing to lend a helping hand. We appreciate the regular updates we receive and the opportunities for parent involvement.

"A Great School with a Strong Focus on Community"

We have very fond memories of our time at Distington Community School. Our child thrived in a supportive and inclusive environment, and we appreciate the opportunities they had to develop their interests and talents. The governors' vision for a 'community school' really resonated with us.
