About The Chantry School

The Chantry School is an 11 – 16 mixed Academy located in Martley, seven-and-a-half miles west of Worcester, and serving rural West Worcestershire. We strive to establish a strong, purposeful and positive partnership with parents and carers, to ensure your child’s wellbeing, happiness and success. We aspire to grow every aspect of a child’s development and to this end we offer a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities.

"A School that Truly Cares"

I was blown away by the facilities and the level of care that the teachers and staff at The Chantry School provide. My child, who was initially shy, has flourished in their sports teams and made lifelong friends. The school's values of kindness and compassion really shine through.

"Excellent Start to Secondary School"

We moved to the area recently and were a bit nervous about choosing a new school. After visiting The Chantry School, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the variety of extracurricular activities on offer. My child has settled in quickly and is enjoying the academic and sports programs.

"Mixed Feelings"

My child attended The Chantry School a few years ago and had a generally positive experience. The teachers were supportive and the facilities were good, but I felt that there could have been more opportunities for children with special needs. Overall, it was an okay school, but not exceptional.
