"Some Good, Some Areas for Improvement"

Overall, I'm pleased with Witham Oaks Academy, but I do think there are some areas for improvement. The teachers are generally good, but sometimes communication could be better. I also think the school could do more to engage with parents. However, my child seems happy and is making progress.

The teachers are supportive, the facilities are excellent, and the values of the school (Brave, Honest, Curiosity, Resilience) are so well embedded. I've seen a significant improvement in my child's confidence and academic performance.
