Wollaston School

Can you do less than 1 star. After a complaint and a meeting with head a formal response was meant to be sent within 21 school days. So after 21 school days no formal response so do you have to complain about the complaint. The management team is like the chuckle brothers

Very very poor with regards to handling complaints from parents. Members of staff bullying pupils and heads of year even swearing at pupils in English classes and using threatening behaviour against them.

Also if parents complain, suddenly pupils reports will totally switch from shining reports to requires immediate attention etc ?? With all others areas still outstanding ??


If you are to complain about teachers through reception the complaint is passed to the individual your complaint is about rather than the head or someone neutral even if you’ve requested , so you get the individual your complaining about trying to contact you ?

In my opinion the best thing to do is contact offstead regarding any issues which we will be doing going forward.

There are also the smaller things like miscommunication and errors in emails sent to parents, plus’s missing information from reports and uniform don’t get me started, as certain sizes never available but teachers expecting students to have the correct uniform but with no way of getting it what a joke it’s just not good enough.

Would not recommend this school.

This School spends more time shoving woke left wing propaganda down pupil's throat's than actual teaching.

Our experience at Wollaston School has been outstanding. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the school's values of kindness, community, and ambition really shine through. Our child has thrived in the supportive environment and is excelling academically. We're very happy with our choice.

Horrible teachers, most can’t handle children so would not teach us anything and very very few could handle and or deal with peoples mental health and disability’s, did not take bullying seriously and would sweep it under the rug and say “ignore it they’re just having a laugh”

Never even received a reply to a complaint! Shockingly incompetent and totally unprofessional. If they can ignore parents then what are they like with the poor kids!

We are absolutely loving Wollaston School. The pastoral support is top-notch and the teachers are genuinely invested in our child's success. The variety of clubs and programs available has helped our child discover new passions and interests. We're so grateful to be part of this community!

We had a decent experience at Wollaston School, but there were some ups and downs. The school's focus on individuality and diversity was a major draw for us, and our child did benefit from the extracurricular activities. However, we sometimes felt that the teachers could be more approachable and the communication from the school wasn't always clear.

I was relentlessly bullied by a member of staff for my appearance and mental health issues. Great OFSTED reports, horrific student support
