About Latchford St James CofE Primary School

Latchford St James CofE Primary School is a Voluntary Aided Church of England school. Recognising the value of its foundation, the school preserves and develops its religious character in accordance with the Church of England and in partnership with the Church at parish and diocesan level. The school aims to serve the community of St James’ and St Hildas’ by providing a high quality education within the context of Christian beliefs and practice and promotes Christian values through the experiences it offers to all pupils.

"Lovely School with a Strong Christian Ethos"

I've been blown away by the warm welcome at Latchford St James CofE Primary School. My child is thriving in a happy and supportive environment where Christian values are deeply rooted.

"Great Facilities and Friendly Staff"

My child has made fantastic progress since joining Latchford St James. The school's modern facilities are impressive, and the staff are always approachable and willing to help. We love the strong focus on sports and extracurricular activities too!

"A Mixed Experience"

While my child had some great experiences at Latchford St James, there were also times when I felt communication with the teachers could be improved. That being said, the school's commitment to Christian values and community support is truly admirable.
