Middleton School is a specialist educational setting that provides an Outstanding education for primary aged pupils with learning difficulties in East Hertfordshire. The school values a SAFE and SECURE environment, a VIBRANT and MEANINGFUL curriculum, and the PUPIL VOICE. It also fosters INDEPENDENCE and RESILIENCE, KINDNESS and FRIENDSHIP, and WELL BEING for all stakeholders.

"Amazing Support for our Family"
We were a bit nervous about joining Middleton School, but the staff have been so welcoming and supportive. The outreach service has helped our child make friends at their old school, and the curriculum is just right for their needs. We love the emphasis on kindness and friendship, and our child is thriving here.

"A Home Away from Home"
Middleton School has been a game-changer for our family. The staff are like a second family, and our child is happy and confident every day. We love the way they incorporate the pupil voice into decision-making, and the enrichment opportunities are amazing. Can't recommend this school highly enough!

"Mixed Feelings about our Experience"
We had a bit of a mixed experience at Middleton School. The staff were great, but the curriculum was a bit too challenging for our child at times. We also had some issues with communication with the teachers. However, the school did try to address our concerns, and our child did make some great progress. Overall, it was a decent experience, but not without its flaws.
