"Fantastic school with amazing values"

My daughter is in Year 9 at Shire Oak Academy and I'm so impressed with the school's commitment to its values - Excellence, Integrity, Responsibility, Participation, and Success. The staff are always approachable and supportive, and the facilities are fantastic. Highly recommend!

"Generally a great school, but some issues with communication"

My son has been at Shire Oak Academy for a year now and overall we're really happy with the school. The teachers are enthusiastic and the facilities are great. However, I sometimes struggle to get in touch with the teachers or the office, so that's my only criticism.

"A great school with a strong sense of community"

My son left Shire Oak Academy two years ago, but I'm still in touch with many of the teachers and parents. The school has a wonderful sense of community, and the staff are always willing to help. I was particularly impressed with the sixth form programme, which really helped my son prepare for university.
