"Elmwood has been a game-changer for our son!"

We were a bit apprehensive about sending our son to Elmwood, but from the moment he started, we've seen a huge improvement in his confidence and academic progress. The 'Rights of the Child' values really resonate with us, and the school's approach to risk-taking has been fantastic for his development.

"Fantastic for our son's transition"

Our son attended Elmwood for 2 years, and we were so impressed with the way they supported him through the transition from primary to secondary school. The 'Welcome to Elmwood Pack' they provided was a lovely touch, and the staff were always approachable and friendly.

"Elmwood has exceeded our expectations"

We were worried about Elmwood's specialist Year 7 nurture base, but it's been a brilliant experience for our son. He's thrived in the supportive environment, and the staff have been fantastic at keeping us updated on his progress.

"Some positives, but room for improvement"

We've had a mixed experience with Elmwood so far. On the one hand, our son loves the school's values and the way they support him with his EHCP. However, we've found the communication between staff and parents to be a bit patchy at times, which can be frustrating.
