About Truro Learning Academy

We are a vibrant community serving the west side of Truro. Our school comprises a nursery, Reception class, two KS1 classes and four KS2 classes. We have extensive grounds and take every opportunity to be outside, come rain or shine!

"Wonderful School with Loving Staff"

My children have thrived at Truro Learning Academy, they love the outdoor facilities and the staff are so supportive and caring. The 'Aspire to Achieve' motto really resonates with me, it's clear the school values are all about helping the children grow and succeed. I couldn't recommend this school enough!

"Excellent Education and Care"

My child attended Truro Learning Academy from Reception to Year 2 and I couldn't be happier with the education and care she received. The nursery is a great introduction to school life and the KS1 classes are so engaging and fun. The 'Trauma Informed Schools' approach is also fantastic, it really helped my child build resilience and confidence.

"Good but Room for Improvement"

I've been generally pleased with Truro Learning Academy but there have been a few issues with communication and organisation from the school. The facilities are great, my child loves the outdoor space and the teachers seem nice. However, I feel like the school could do more to keep parents informed and involved.
