About Cobham Montessori School

Cobham Montessori School is an independent school situated close to the centre of Cobham. We serve 35 children (and their families) from 2.5 to 11 years, in the tradition of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI). Our purpose is to aid each child's natural development through their preschool and primary school years.

"A Love of Learning"

Since joining Cobham Montessori, my child has developed a genuine love of learning. The school's emphasis on independence and self-directed activity has encouraged them to take ownership of their education. The outdoor spaces are also a highlight, with the mud kitchen and small pond providing endless hours of fun and exploration.

"A Home Away from Home"

My child has thrived at Cobham Montessori School. The supportive teachers and welcoming environment make it feel like a home away from home. The range of activities and working materials is truly excellent, and we've seen a huge improvement in their confidence and independence. I couldn't recommend it more!

"A Challenging but Rewarding Experience"

We had a mixed experience at Cobham Montessori. While the teachers were passionate and committed, we sometimes struggled with the school's approach to discipline and boundaries. However, our child did make significant progress in their social and emotional development, and we appreciate the school's emphasis on community and cooperation. Overall, it was a challenging but rewarding experience.
