We absolutely love Barlaston First School! The staff are friendly, the facilities are great, and my child is thriving. The 'Let Your Light Shine' ethos really shines through in everything they do.

"Excellent Nursery and Staff"
We've been so impressed with the Little Dormouse Nursery. The early years teacher is amazing and my child loves going there. The open door policy and close family atmosphere make it feel like a second home.

"Mixed Feelings"
We've had a bit of a mixed experience so far. Some of the teachers are great, but others seem a bit disorganised. The facilities are nice, but it's hard to get a sense of the 'Let Your Light Shine' ethos in practice. Needs a bit more work for me to be completely happy.

"Great School, Would Recommend"
We had all three of our children at Barlaston First School and were thoroughly impressed. The school garden is a highlight, and the maypole dancing is a wonderful tradition. Only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is that the school has got a bit bigger since we left.
