"A mixed experience"

I was initially impressed by the facilities and the enthusiasm of the staff at St Helens Alternative Provision Service. However, I felt that there were some communication breakdowns and that my child's needs weren't always met. We ultimately decided to move to a different provision that was a better fit for our family.

"A fresh start for my child"
