About Mevagissey Community Primary School
Mevagissey Primary School is a mixed-form entry school, located on the outskirts of Mevagissey, a picturesque fishing village on the south coast of Cornwall. We provide a caring, secure and intellectually stimulating environment, which ensures that our children feel valued and excited to learn. Through challenge, support and encouragement, we develop within our pupils qualities of curiosity, creativity, resilience, and self-confidence.

"A warm and welcoming environment"
We've only been at Mevagissey Community Primary for a few months, but already, my child feels so at home. The teachers are kind and supportive, and the values they're teaching the children are exactly what we want for our kids. We love the sense of community and the way the school involves parents in the learning process.

"A school that truly values its children"
We've been at Mevagissey Community Primary for 2 years now, and I have to say, it's been a game-changer. The teachers are caring, the facilities are top-notch, and the values they instill in the children are exactly what we want for our kids. My child loves going to 'beach school' and participating in the Mevagissey Museum project.

"A great school with some minor issues"
My child loves Mevagissey Community Primary, but I have to say, the communication between the school and parents could be better. The teachers are lovely, and the facilities are great, but I've had some issues with getting information about upcoming events and projects. Overall, though, I'd highly recommend the school.

"Fantastic school with a wonderful community"
My children attended Mevagissey Community Primary for 6 years, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The teachers, the facilities, and the sense of community - everything about the school is just top-notch. They have a unique approach to learning that really sets them apart.
