About Droxford Junior School

Droxford Junior School is a beautiful rural school, in the Meon Valley, nestled into the hills of the South Downs National Park. We feel that these positive characteristics and habits of mind are not only important to use and display now but also in secondary school and vital in later lives and careers.

"A wonderful school with a caring community!"

My child has thrived at Droxford Junior School. The teachers are supportive and the facilities are excellent. They encourage creativity, curiosity, and collaboration, which are essential skills for the children's future.

"A great school with a strong PTA!"

My child attended Droxford Junior School from Year 3 to Year 6, and we had a great experience. The PTA is very active, and they organise many fun events, such as the Bingo Night and the Quiz Night. The school also has a strong focus on values and character development.

"A good school, but some improvements needed"

My child is in Year 4, and while we have been generally happy with the school, there have been some issues with communication and organisation. The teachers are nice, and the facilities are good, but I feel that the school could do more to engage with parents and keep us informed.
