"Supportive and nurturing environment"

We've been at Daylesford for a year now and I'm so grateful for the care and support our child has received. The staff are always available to listen and the values of 'Caring, Believing, Achieving and Understanding' ring true in everything they do. The restorative practice approach has helped our child develop empathy and self-regulation skills.

"Room for improvement in communication"

We've had a generally positive experience at Daylesford, but I do think there could be more communication with parents about what's going on in the classroom. The staff are lovely and the facilities are great, but I've found it hard to get updates on our child's progress. That being said, the school's commitment to supporting vulnerable pupils is truly commendable.

"Life-changing experience for our child"

Daylesford Academy transformed our child's life. The school's focus on individualized support and small class sizes allowed them to thrive in a way they never could in a mainstream setting. The careers programme and PSHE curriculum were particularly effective in preparing them for adulthood.
