Tapton is a values led 11-18 school with around 1,770 students, including a Sixth Form of around 500. Our ethos of Valuing Everyone, Caring for Each Other and Achieving Excellence, underpins everything that happens in our school.

"Tapton's Sixth Form is Outstanding!"

As a former student, I can attest to Tapton's amazing Sixth Form. The guidance, teaching, and facilities are top-notch. My sister went there too and she's now at a great university, thanks to Tapton's preparation. Don't hesitate to send your child there!

"Mixed Feelings About Tapton"

We're still getting used to Tapton's size and structure, but we like the values and atmosphere. The teachers seem friendly and my child's enjoying their classes. However, we're finding it hard to get in touch with the form tutors and the school's communication could improve. Fingers crossed it gets better!

"Tapton School, You're Doing Something Right!"

I'm so impressed with Tapton School, especially the emphasis on values. My child has made great friends and the teachers are knowledgeable and supportive. We love the extracurricular programs too, like the jazz band and volunteer work. Keep up the fantastic work!
