We warmly welcome you to Stocksbridge High School, an 11-16 comprehensive school that is proud to serve our community and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to help all pupils to achieve their personal ambitions and ensure that throughout their time with us, they are supported to 'Believe' in themselves and follow their dreams, 'Achieve' outcomes that will support their future pathways and be able to 'Succeed' in their next steps in life.

"Great transition from primary"

The transition program from primary to secondary school has been fantastic for my child. They loved their week at Stocksbridge High and we've been pleased with the support and communication from the pastoral team.

"Excellent school experience so far"

I'm so impressed with the friendly staff and facilities at Stocksbridge High. My child has settled in well and the 'Believe, Achieve, Succeed' values really resonate with us. We feel supported and valued as a family.

"Some good, some areas for improvement"

We had a mixed experience at Stocksbridge High. Some of the staff were fantastic and the facilities were great, but we felt that the communication with parents could be better. Our child did well, but there were times when they struggled with the workload.
